Order Process

How do I order?
After viewing our products and selecting your choice of product, size, personalisation etc. you will be taken to your shopping cart where you will enter your contact and delivery details together with your credit card details which will be encrypted and submitted to us for processing
How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and expected delivery time. Upon receipt of your order, we will undertake any personalisation you may have requested and then the order will be placed and you should expect 12-14 business days for delivery.
What are my payment options?
We accept all leading credit cards (MasterCard, visa, diners, American express) and the easiest way to do this, is securely through the website. You can also use credit card over the phone by calling +61 2 8214 8419
Hours of business
The great thing about ordering online is you can do it anytime! General business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Outside of business hours e-mail and phone messages are checked and responded to regularly.
Return Policy
Please contact us within 14 days if you are unhappy with the items you receive and they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be returned in a reasonable time frame; we can't accept seasonal items after the season has ended or sale items that are no longer stocked. Please contact Customer Service info@livingcolourcreations.com.au for further details on how to return your purchased product. Please note you will be responsible for shipping costs and insurance for the returned product.
GST
GST will be shown in the checkout page of your order. An additional 10% GST is charged for all orders within Australia. Customers outside of Australia will not be charged 10% GST.

Delivery

How is the canvas print sent to me?
The canvas print is wrapped in bubble wrap and inserted into a thick cardboard box and then posted safely and securely to you to ensure you receive your living colour creation safely and in excellent condition.
What will my order look like?
For canvas prints, the thick cardboard box will have your delivery address printed on the outside. The cardboard box will be sent direct to you from our artwork printing house.
How heavy is my delivery (packaged canvas)?
30x40cm = (300x400mm) = 750g
50x40cm = (406x508mm) = 900g
60x60cm = (600x600mm) = 1kg
100x50cm = (1016x508mm) = 1250g
How do I track my order?
You will receive an ‘order shipped’ email in your inbox with details of your delivery where you will be able to track the status of your order.
Who will deliver my order?
All orders for canvas prints & cards are sent safely & securely with Australia Post.
What do I do if my order has not arrived?
If you do not receive your order within 14 business days, please contact us on info@livingcolourcreations.com.au and we will investigate the whereabouts of the shipment.

Shipping Costs

Within Australia
The cost of delivery is $12 flat fee and will been added to your order.
Outside Australia
You may submit your order and we will contact you with shipping costs prior to processing the order. However should you wish to inquire on costs prior to ordering please call +61 2 8214 8419 or email info@livingcolourcreations.com.au to obtain specific costs associated with sending your living colour creation overseas. We will use Express Post International for sending your product to ensure secure delivery. If you would like an indication of the costs associated please go to Aust Post (www.austpost.com.au) and choose ECI merchandise to calculate delivery costs. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for damages during shipping, so we encourage you to also take out insurance with Australia Post.
